
Basic Class (Gi & No-Gi)
Perfect for the beginner with little to no experience in grappling. Consists of a tailored warm-up with basic body movement fundamentals important for technical advancement in Jiu-Jitsu. Classes go in depth on a beginners guide & technical overview of how Jiu-Jitsu can be applied in self-defense situations. Incorporates both solo and partner drills making class a fun & active learning experience. Overall, a great class for those looking to develop strong fundamentals in training Jiu Jitsu which will help you also develop the confidence to defend yourself.
Intermediate Class
(Gi & No-Gi)
Our No Gi Intermediate class is geared towards students with prior experience as each class will consist of more advanced instruction of takedowns, submissions, escapes, reversals & overview of Jiu Jitsu.
Students who are not yet cleared to participate in this class are still welcome to be present and observe class instruction. Spending time getting mental repetitions in is a great way to stay engaged which will ultimately help you familiarize yourself better in learning Jiu Jitsu.
Open Mat/Live Training
Open Mat is a time available for students to use the mats as they wish. Students are welcome to get their own workouts in, stretch, review techniques with fellow students, train live Jiu Jitsu under instructor supervision.
